The options on the menu consist of traditional French delicacies such as French onion soup, beef bourguignon, Burgundy snails, homemade foie gras terrine and much more. Executive Chef Clément has also created a spread of dishes unique to Cordonnier such as chilled ratatouille, homemade beef and oyster tartare and confit pork belly to name a few.
