Inspired by the food, we have recreated a place that resembles an old rustic western countryside farmhouse as our platform. HARVEST is a restaurant built on fundamentals of rusticity and culinary principles found predominantly in Western Europe. Passion for authenticity and attention to detail drive the design and preparation of every dish; from the sourcing of the produce, the preparation of the ingredients, the cooking and seasoning approaches that respect natural flavors and textures of the produce, to the artistry and the craftsmanship involved in the plating. HARVEST takes pride in cooking from scratch as much as possible, using only natural ingredients, resulting in dishes that are aromatically alluring, wholesomely packed with nutrients, rich in flavors, and are visually striking.
